Roscoe’s Story:
Roscoe was a victim of animal cruelty. His owner was arrested while Roscoe and other dogs were confiscated by local Animal Care Services. Roscoe was malnourished and had a open, infected wound on is left foreleg. He was taken to 4Paws Animal Hospital and X-rays revealed that his wound was a result of a gun shot! The staff continues to treat him and Roscoe will need surgery to repair the damage to his leg.
